Where'd my dealership go?
My frickin battery is dead again so I call my dealer to see about getting a replacement, and find out that they are no longer a Bombardier dealer....They can't work on my machine. I'm like WTF I bought a 3 year warranty. Well there was another place that sold them but they are no longer a dealer as well. Shouldn't the place I bought the quad (2003 DS650) honor my warranty even though they are no longer a Bomb. dealer? They won't even order parts for me. I'm getting fed up with this stuff, how much could I sell my '03 DS650 with approx. 100 hours on it for? It's got a few scratches but other than that everything seems to be in tip top condition.

F the dealer buy a Oddyssey dry sell. I did today. Total cost with shipping to my door is 75 bucks. The Odyssey has has a free 2 year warranty. I went sith sunn battery co out of Florida. My local Odyssey dealer wanted $117.00 for the same battery. The Odyssey can be completly darined up to 400 times and it will still work. Direct DS replacement is pc545

Good news! The reason 2 out of three dealers stopped carrying Bombardier is because the 3rd dealer bought them out!
They are opening an Exclusively Bombardier dealership in my town!

A lot of dealers gave up on Bombardier ATVs early on. Their loss, or shortsightedness.
Now that Bomb has reorganized, and it's future is assurred, those dealers may regret their decision. Bombardier is king in the world of PWCs and Sport Boats with Sea-Doo, and are going after ATVs big time.
Bombardier may outsell Kawasaki this year, and are looking for even greater market share. Our Bombs are selling quite well...
Bomb thinks outside the box. Their products are innovative, and that means different, perhaps not for everyone. Look at the loyalty for the DS, it stands alone, not as an MX flyweight, but as an off-road cruiser/desert sled that uses its 12" of suspension to keep its tires on the ground, and cover it very fast.
The Outlander is a pie in the face to the other manufacturers who don't offer IRS and watercooling in a lightweight mid-size machine.
How do you think they will feel when the Outlander comes out in a new steroid injected 700 cc version?
