Intake porting

Default Intake porting

well since my whole top end is off i was thinking about cleaning up whole intake system, is there any suggestions on doing this? a dremel like tool would be fine to do this right?

I used a dremmel with a flap wheel and a file, it worked perfect.

so only one person has done this by himself? like its very rough on the stock intake, is there a reason y its like that?

I think the intake is like that to better atomize the fuel....

But grinding out those imperfections will give you better flow [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
