Default DS650 EXHAUST TURNS RED...IS THIS RIGHT?

Unfortunatly I've never opened up a TM45 so I wont be able to help you, however there are a hundred people on the forums who have so I'm sure they can. I know Jiminok has spent plenty of time playing with his TM45, not sure if he is still using it now or not. I'm pretty sure DuneMe had or had one, so he should be able to help. If I had a link to a tech page for the TM45 I'd post it, unfortunatly I've never heard / seen any good web pages with info on the TM45.

There might be an easier way but this is what I do....since the carb is easily removed from the quad I do that frst then remove the top plate from the carb. There is a single bolt (like 10mm) on the throttle/slide linkage--remove that so the linkage armature slides up far enough that you don't bend or stress the needle when you pull it out. Change clip position, reinstall--less than 10 minutes--done.
