That's A LOT of LED's in that sketch. The rider behind you is going to need sunglasses!

I thought about doing something like you're trying, but haven't got to it yet.

About the machining-- you'd be surprised at the results you can get with some time, some precise measurements, a center punch, and a regular drill press.

ya, its not going to be exactly like that, that was just an idea, and after i started lookin at my LED bulb, i'l prolly have like half of wats going around the outside right now, or less, not sure yet

and as far as the machining, it shouldn't be too bad, going to be lots of sodering(sp?) to be done, glad my dad is an electrician, he can help me alot with this, the only problem i may have is maybe need a mill to do a little bit of work,

and i'll let you guys how it goes, and if i get another machine i'll have to make two, lol, but o well bought 1000 led's off ebay that i'm going to split my buddy on
