Is stroking the crank creates more torque than a big bore, how much will your RPM drop? Other than the cost of a crank, what dose it cost to modify the case for a stroker, plus piston, just wanted to know

If the crank is lightened and balanced correctly, you will not lose any rpms.

what is a standard stroke increase thats reliable for the DS, is there much machining required on the cases??

I would say a "standard" sized stroke would be a 5mil from pami that has been running hard and reliable on their 760's for years.

The 760 is a 4mill stroke and the 830 is a 7mill stroke.
