Default Replacing oil canister????????/

I'm replacing my oil canister on my '00 ds650 & the dealer gave me one off a newer model that has a extra hole or fitting at the base. Does anyone know what size screw I need to plug it or will a oil gauge fitting work??????????

O K I had an extra one for an 00. Most of my DS's are 01's or newer. It don't hurt to have a spare.
