Clutch disc specs???
Anybody with the shop manual, I need the minimum clutch disc thickness. I just put a set of RWR 60% springs because I noticed some slipping last time out. My metal plates are slightly blued from heat so I'm figuring it was slipping more then I noticed. The friction discs measured .140mm.
Any help here would be appreciated

yes measure the whole stack together, there is no spec for individual disk thickness.
if your metals were blue, the fibers prolly got quite a bit of wear, chances are you're under spec. also check the metals for warpage.
lots of people replace springs after the clutch starts slipping, but if disks are already worn from the slipping by then the springs don't cure it alone. but the springs will increase the life of the next set.

Couchonwheels, hightower,
Never would have guessed that the pack had to be measured together. I waited too long to put the heavy springs in so I guess I'll have to pay for it now. The metal plates were not warped luckily enough but then, they are pretty thick.
Thanks for the info guys.
