oil drain plug

i dont think its tvi's fault, im thinking its the ups's. i talked to gary today and hes going to see what he can do.im not sure yet what im going to do. thanks for your input.

Did you or Gary get the insurance through ups. If you did Ups will pay.

i got the insurence on it when i sent it to him.i assume he got the insurence when he sent it back to me.im waiting to find out,hes supposed to call me back.

well so far........i have been 100% pleased with gary and TVI.when he says hes going to do somthing u can count on it. non like some other companies ive dealt with
