The stock clutch with ron woods 60% springs seems to be the best setup. At least that is what I found watching the forum.

you can't use the springs supplied with the barnett kit, too weak.

i run the a 9 disc barnett setup with stock steels (sanded) at over 100HP, but with very stiff springs.

I have run the Barnett clutch for over a year with NO slippage. I also use the springs they supplied. Although, For the Money it is worth getting the RW 60% springs.

I run Valvoline VR1 50w OIl.

bigger.

Just wondering if any of you guys have tried staggering the clutch springs with a stiffer one every other spring? That's what we used to do to the old 3 wheeler 250r's to keep a strong clutch, but not Popeye your forearm on rides. Curious if same concept applies to the DS?

As couchonwheels replied, I have buddy that does that on drag banshees. Will it work on the DS650?
