Am I rich or lean?

I have been riding my ds with hmf slip on and a K&N airfilter from Idle to about 3-4grand it runs great after that it just loses power just like it bouncing of the rev limiter. I have 200 main jet air screw 2.5 turns out and the clip closest to the tip on the needle. I pulled the plugs today and they are really light tan or almost white. Do I have to go bigger with the main jet?I only trail ride with it and once and awhile race my buddies. I ride 99% in northern Mn any help would be great thanks to all

i am at about 700ft elevation, i ran my stock carb almost identical to your set-up. the only thing i had different was i had a 185 main , and it was a little rich........i suggest u drop down to at least a 190 or 185 and see if your power increases and then u can jet up or down from there.
