i have had Realtors (what i currently use for the badlands park) They are great for soft stuff....if you ride in gravely/sandy or muddy conditions they work great. Hardpack isnt too good...they do bite well and last a long time, but a regular old set of knobbies is easier to ride on and will give you the same or more hook-up

i also had some Sur-traks. These tires were great....lasted a LONG LONG time, pretty smooth ride on hard pack, great traction in just about everything...

If you want a tire you can put on and ride all conditions, i would go with somthing like the dirt devil/bear claw/sur trak, and if your trail conditions are mostly dry, you may want to try some shredders/holeshots.

even with your mods i wouldnt suggest the realtors...as great as they work in most conditions, the weight isnt worth it... (if i notice it on my 650 it will for sure be noticeable on a 300)

I actually still have a set of these in my garage from when I tried them on my utility Polaris. It is by far the worst tire I seen. They aren't all that great in the mud and terrible everywhere else. They are also very heavy and will rob your power. Why do you want to put a big heavy mud tire on a sport quad? A Holeshot, Razr, Shredder, or the like will give you all around better performance and traction. Jmo

wich tire are you talking about?the blackwaters or the realtor?i have my reasons for getting a tire like that.im not racing so a racing tire isnt needed.

I was referrring to the Blackwater. If your choice is between the Realtor or Blackwater, the Realtor is the better tire of the two. The Realtor has a softer compound than the Blackwater which will give it an advantage on hardpack.

i would say no...especially on your 300....find a LITE tire...nothing too thick... (id go with a 2 ply...) sur traks or dirt devils would run GREAT on your 300 and are relatively lite as well
