Default DS running real bad and smoking blue

a few guys told me maybe my valve guides/seals may be bad a while back, but heres some more info:

if I hold a high rpm steady in nuetral, it will run ok then start to miss and as it's missing blow puffs of blue smoke that correspond to the miss. sometimes it will just blow out constant blue smoke.

it still seems to have good power, but the miss/smoke is getting worse and worse.

so does it still sound like the valve guides/seals or maybe rings???? please help

so I need a complete rebuild most likely? how much is that gonna cost me? anything else that needs to be done while the engine is apart? I guess: piston/rings, top-end (valve guides and seals) and all new gaskets. what else??

is that $500 for parts and labor?? I think I can handle removing the engine from the frame and then taking it somewhere to get rebuilt...

thanks I appreciate the offer for the help. Bombardiers are very far and few between, I don't know of any other DS650's around here, I've seen a few 4x4's.

there is a Suzuki/Kawa dealer that sells Bombardier I think it's about an hour away. the shop I used to usually deal with sells Honda/Yamaha so I don't think they have any experience with Bombardier.
