Just a question as i also am researching some new options after constantly gettin my rear end handed to me.

The KMS site also says a stock DS puts out 28HP???? Their dyno figures seem way off for both naturally aspirated and their turbo setup.

Dsengineer,
the website you are refering to is NOT KMS Performances website. I was confused for awhile too but Kelly explained that over a year ago a guy that wanted to be their distributor set up the website and wanted to start offering their kits. The kits were still in the R&D phase and were not ready to be sold, the guy didn't know the difference between a DS650 and an EX400 and there is a lot of data that is incorrect and irrelevent and is pretty much defunct now. That website has no affliation with KMS Performance nor do they sell any Turbo kits- it was a wanna be website.
The official website is under reconstruction and will up and running soon. The link at the beginning of this thread will be part of that website when it reopens. All factual data will be available there.

Scooby,
For some reason the low impedence injectors have burned up some drivers on ECU's. I'll look into a pingel , the more I think about what was going on the more I'm convinced that I was running the injectors dry.

How loud is the turbo DS?

We have noise restrictions at the dunes in Ca. I would assume it is fairly quiet compared to the built bikes.

Can you use an aftermarket cdi such as the Vortex CDI with the KMS EFI kit?
