Default Changed both Thermostatic Switches...Fan STILL not working

The leak seems to be coming from the one coolant hose where it is directly in back of the cylinder. I will check the weep hole. When I took my DS apart I did have a lot of dirt there but cleaned it out. I think it's the hose. I will order it along with another part I need for my DS. .
