Husker,
Sounds like you have a Fast By Gast carb. Let me guess, it has a 2XL needle in it.
This dyno operator obviously knows nothing about tuning. If it is cutting out at 7k your rich. What was the air fuel ratio?

MisterHP is the only person that sells the correct 46HV.. Fast only sells the regular 46. It is NOT the same as the 46HV carb sold. Dramatic power differance. I have the 46HV and it rocks. The big discusion in the past was that FBG could do it just as good.. So I find it funney.

Husker,
I strongly suggest you package it up and ship it over to MRHP. He will prob (I can't speak for him) turn it around faster than you can find someone out there. He'll set it up for you. He did for mine and now my DS has really woken up. He is well worth the $$.

looks like someone might be on the sucker train again. Glad it's not me this time. I've learned to keep my mouth shut!
Husker, you should probably get your carb shipped out to the REAL Eric. Just so that you know, the Lectron 46 was NEVER meant to run on anything that can be trail ridden. It is a drag racing carb that Mr. HP (the REAL Eric) put lots of time into to get it to run on the DS. How do I know all this?
Where should I start guys?
Husker, just trust me.........
good luck.
