DS Days????
DS Days is this next weekend. Its a weekend of fun. Dozens of DS owners get together out at sand mountain nevada to race, ride, and relax. Being a novice rider is not a problem. Many people there will help sharpen your skills but i must warn you, if you come to DS Days you will get the bug to modify your DS and get faster.

DS Days????
...You wont look any more retarded than me, and I've been riding my DSs for about three and a half years now. I'll probably be driving through Sacremento Either Thursday evening or Friday during the day if you want to caravan from there. I think I'm taking the 5 to the 80 or something...

DS Days????
Take a look at my pictures. There is a picture of all the DS's lined up from the first DS Days.
I've met some friends there that live over 10 hours drive away and we still talk on a regular basis. Sure is fun to hook up with the group when we get together.
Hey, I looked at that picture again, who were those guys that were camping in that trailer in the background with the blue tarp? I know they were from Northern CA but, can't remember their names.
Some of the faithful that were there at the first one and will make it to this one:
Jeffnrivercity
DuneMe (I was TheFasterTheBetter the first DS Days but, was too slow then so Jeff made me change my name )
AZSand
Majorecho
DemonDS
Jetsnow
etc.
We've picked up a few along the way too (friends that made it last year but, didn't make the first one):
TVI Gary
Sandman430
This is just a short list and there will be quite a few more there. Definitely looking forward to seeing everyone again. The helmet cam is ready to go so, I hope to get some good action shots of some group rides so we can post them on the web for others that live too far away and couldn't make the trip.

Hey duneme i was at the first one and I will be there this time also. We were camped right next to you. I was with the major and demon. My trailer is in that picture but it is the sierra hauler in the back ground. That one is gone and I now have a 30 ft one, should be a awsome weekend.
Yea that was him and his DS was a little worse for wear if I remember right.

DS Days????
I am really, really tempted to make this event! I also plan on heading up to Oregon the following weekend to visit my brother and go riding in the thousands of acres of national forest he lives right next to. We could ride for a week and probably never see the same area twice. I'm still undecided, my friends can't make it I know for sure so I might go somewhere riding with them like forest hill. IF I decided to go I'd leave late on Saturday and probably just spend the night in Carson City and head in first thing Sunday morning, I need to be back home late Sunday night or very early Monday morning, still have stuff to take care of before I head up to Oregon.
