Default DS50 Starting Problem

My daughters DS50 won't start. IF I crank it over for a few minutes, I can get it to start but it won't run for long. I have spark and gas will come out of the carb. and the exhaust. I have checked out the carb. Nothing unusual there. I replaced the choke. Still the same. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Did you say gas was coming out of the exhaust ? If gas is coming out of your exhaust your floats are sticking or out of adjustment in your carb or your needle and seat in your carb for your float bowl are worn out letting gas fill up your motor. Try adjusting your floats and go from there.
Hope this can help.

When I blow through the carb. and lift the float to level it shuts off the air flow. The needle seat looks good . The 4wheeler has had about 2 tanks of gas used.

I have had this problem before when I had a fouled plug. You have enough spark to finaly start the motor but when you give it gas the plug does not have hot enough spark to keep the combustion cycle going you might want to try a new plug.

I have tried replacing the spark plug twice. Didn't make a difference. The DS50 has a limiter on it. I don't know if it is controlled through the CDI box.

buy some starting fluid and all other fluids and just spray the whole thing down, if that doesn't work try and sell it for another one
