Default I ported my Intake ... (pics)

From the looks of it My Mr. HP ported intake has a lot more material taken off. It has a much thinner ring of metal at the carb side of the intake. He also did not touch the side of the intake that touches the motor.

Default I ported my Intake ... (pics)

Yeah, i left most of the material at the carb side of the manifold, it has about .060 drop just past the boot. I can always go back and open it up more for a larger carb if i get one. The restriction in that manifold is about .500 of an inch past the entrance. I took out a pretty good amount. I also ran my port work right up to the leading edge of the exit holes. I left them intact though, they still measure the same. Did any of you guys have one of the exit holes about .125 smaller on one side? Mine was. Just wondering.
Oh, i had my decals made at a graphics place at a local mall. They came out nice. He saved em' in his computor too, incase i need more.

what are you running for jetting now that you modded your endcap all red?

did you do anything to your needle jet? drop it a groove? what is a no toil filter?
