she said i could rip it all apart take off the jugg make sure the piston and rings are good if not replace if i need a valve job get it done i have to keep the same cams and valves stock ones, then i can have my buddy here in mn powdercoat my frame what ever color i want an then i am going for the orange and black baja plastic, then as i put it togethere checking all my bearings and bushings on everything, what would i need to do to get it ready for cold weather storage? it is not uncommon for it to get down to minus 30' f here in red wing, do i need to drain my antifreeze or make sure it ok down that far and will the oil be ok that cold thanks fellers again

if your running 50% antifreeze and 50% water you'll be alright for at least -40 and if your not going to ride it in the winter your oil is ok to, but i would change it now so you dont have to do it before you go riding again in the spring

Jackass650, that's too bad about your cylinder, I can tell without looking that it requires boring Oh, and that flat cam lobe!

Yeah, 230, that's a shame. I'm sure a 730 kit would fix that problem
