trailer with torsion suspension it is a two place and i wanna know is it possible to convert it or change it to a three place atv trailer? i could load them on sideways and build ramps, it is 8 foot 5 inches wide and 10 feet long and suggestions? look in the my pics album and you can see a couple of pics of it thanks fellas

 

i could take the torsion axle off of it and build a three place atv sideload trailer out of steel and use the axle off of my sled trailer on it but does anyone heva plans or know where i can get them? i figure the trailer would have to be 12 feet long and about 6 feet wide to fit 3 comfortably, any suggestions?

 

I basically estimate a quad occupying a 4'x6' space. With your current trailer that sounds like two quads driving straight on and the third sideways.

I would exploit the 8'5" width and add 2-4 feet to the length. Then you can haul an easy 4 bikes by driving straight on, as long as they aren't all Bombs. Thats assuming you have 8'5" of deck width, and its not just the outside width of the tires.

I HAD A 98 SKIdoo mach1 AND 1 2001 SRX 700 I SMASHED the skidoo and sood the yamaha and switched to wheelers lol safer, i paid 1034.00 out the door for the trailer it is actually pretty nice you can see it in my pics

 

why don't you just sell the trailer and use the money to buy axles n steel, actually sometimes during the winter my bro and i will be building a ds trailer for our quads, prolly 6' X 14', with a ramp coming off the front to go up to the tailgait so a quad can be loaded into the box without unhooking the trailer, btw wat'd you do with the smashed mach?

 

Hello jackass650. lilnotts has an excellent point. That trailer is probably worth more the way it is. I suspect that the single axle might be overloaded with three quads. I have a 12' by 102" enclosed trailer that I added a second axle (4 wheels 20.5" by 10") because of the added weight of the enclosure. A good place to get axles, springs and mounts is Tractor Supply Company. I went to a steel supply company for steel and aluminum panels.

i am in the process of parting the sled out on ebay, i sold the juggs suspension track, look in my pics of it all, i still have the cdi box with no rev limiter stator three 38 mm mikuni carbs handlebars and heaters jackshaft, brand new oil tank, fuel tank, single pipe and triple pipes for it butt hey are end dump, the drive axle with a good condition wheels and a new bearing on it, ill be psoting more things on ebay today later, i also have the brand new tunnel ck3 with skidooes 136 inch tunnel extension already mounted to the polished tunnel and my buddies red barron red bulkhead he powdercoated me for 20 bucks, take a peek its all in my pics in my signature section, anyone looking for a skidoo modular helmet?

p.s do you guys have any drawings or ppans for a good 3 place trailer? i have access to a goos milller 300 wirefeed welder and i am so good i could puch tinfoil up hill lol all the older welders will know what that means, ill post my pic in there to so you guys can see what i look like not that it matters but at least you can put a face with the name lol

i found a pic of an atv trailer online and posted the pic in the back surgery section some school built it but i like the looks of it check it out
