I take no offence to what SanDiegoDuner has to say. He is entitled to his opinion and it doesn't really matter to me. There are very few people on here whose opinion does matter. I know that there are alot of people on this forum that I've done very right by, or simply helped out, that choose not to speak up either. I hold nothing against them, I would think twice about standing up for me also.

To all those that deffend me when I'm spoken so poorly about, don't worry. I have screwed up, and as long as no one is lying about me, I have no defence to peoples opinion of what should be done to me.

DemonDS, I appreciate your understanding, as well as others of you, but in all fairness, that isn't what matters to me either.

Three people whose opinions are important [James, Marsha, and Jeff] will see, and that's all that matters to me.

There are legal tools out there to get you back on your feet. A lot of them wont even touch your house or your vehicles. It gonna be hard to recover from the credibility problem if one of those tools aren't used. JMHO
