Some Syn oils have friction modifiers that will hurt the clutch. You simply have to know what your purchasing. I use redline because I have been in my Harley for years and it is a wet clutch. In fact I have 3 different redline oils in the Harley so your lucky you only have to deal with 1....

I suggest you contact the tech line of any oil you plan to use and ask specific questions regarding their addition of friction modifiers and are they designed to be used in wet clutch engines.

Redline tech's are very helpful in that respect. I know what your thinking and no I don't sell it!!
