Default ron wood customer service,

and then I called was looking at ron woods website and wanted to know about how to tell if their clutch springs get worn, if there was a measurement like the stock ones so i called and Ron Wood himself answered the phone to my surprise, very nice man explained everything in detail for me, I was impressed to say the least, but then again thats only my experiance with them

Default ron wood customer service,

i have had good and bad. I ordered the nitrous piston and payed to overnight it and they sent the wrong rings for it. They paid to one day the correct rings but got there two days after the piston. The piston wristpin broke and I sent it back and have heard nothing from them. I don't expect my money back but I would think they would call and let me know what they think. When I called Ron aswered one time and was very informative and helpful in any way he could be other then money wise.

Default ron wood customer service,

I've ordered several RWR parts through TheBom and have always had prompt delivery. I know Jeff also has a quite a selection of Pami parts in stock as well.

Default ron wood customer service,

shmee, next time try theBOM 1st, he has many parts in stock, since he is a little closser the shipping maybe a little faster also. sorry to hear for your luck with woods, It has been a while, but I always received good service from them. On Dunes is also a woods dist. If it don't have to be a woods part, you could also call TVI or MR.HP., just tell them you need it shipped right away.
