Hi! I am looking at buying an Outlander 400. The problem? It is so long, we don't think it will fit on our side loading trailer. We've looked at others also, but can't find a match. Did anyone else out there have a problem with this? If anyone has an Outlander and a four place trailer, could you post back with the make/size of the the trailer? thanks

Im assuming that your talking about the 2up outlander 400. Its about 6'3' from the out side of both wheels. My trailer is 14' x 6'6'. flatbed trailer. I load them sideways All three bikes, ds650, outlander 400 and 400 ex. never had a bit of trouble. Hope this helps.
By the way the outlander is a great bike rides like a caddy and has really good power for a 400.

I have an Oulander Max XT and I side load it on a 3 quad Great Northern trailer made in Oregon. The trialer bed is about 80" wide. The Max is 94" inches wide so it overhangs the bed of the trialer but the outsides of the trailer's fenders are 96" so the Max is just a hair narrower than the overall trailer width. I was looking into the fold up ramp style trailers like the Triton but that did not look like a fit for the Max. Having the fenders instead of the "bed-over" design like the Triton just means I have to slide one of the shorter quads between the fenders after I drive up the ramps. My Rally fits in that spot no problem.
