Default DS rear tire size

I want to buy my Pop's some Holeshot HD rear tires for his birthday. What size comes on a 2002 DS baja stock? 20X11X9, right? Thanks!

I just checked Bombardier's website and they are 20X10X9. Can I still run a 20X11X9 tire on the stock rims?

Yes the 20x11x9 will fit on the stock rims. Most people you ask on this forum state that the best set up for the DS is 22's on the rear and 23's on the front. I just went with the 22x12x9 Mud Machine's on the rear and 23x7x10 Razr 2's on the front. I haven't had a chance to try the new set up out yet, but again, most people suggest going with the 22/23 set up.

You don't need to do a gear change when you switch to the 22's?

Some people drop to a 15 or even a 14 tooth front sprocket. I dropped to to a 15 tooth up front.
