That Aprilla engine is something. Hydraulic clutch, too. I just wonder how much abuse it can take. Hard to beat this Rotax.

Ahh man, I'd love to go to Pismo Memorial, but I will be on my boat on the Colorado River that weekend. All the ladies in bikinis and less, boy I can't wait, I will however take a rain check.
And I actually take all the negativity in stride, somtimes I have gotten riled up but it gets to nowhere.

The Aprilla motor sounds sweet, but from my understanding, it is lighter, but physically as big as a DS motor and being that it is a screamer, the power deliver will be more akin to a Banshee, which would be good for duners and open terrain, not so good for MX and trails. It is somthing to look at though.

And I would listen to Boomer, I'm betting he's right though I wish their new sport would come out sooner. How about the EFI 650 Rotax on the BRP site.....8 HP increase right out of the box...

I am just glad I could be the one who got your posts bumped to 522.
PS. I have info regarding a Hydrogen powered turbine 80,000rpm DS that may be coming out in 2019, an 210hp LTz that may be coming out in 2016, a small-displacement v-12 that may soon be out by polaris.....blah blah blah. I am still waiting for some troubleshooting advice, or any info that can be used other than by someone doodling in a sketchbook on quads thaty may never happen. But he could keep changing his list of quads that may or may not be coming out. Depending one what people tell him what may be coming out. If he keeps changing new to be released quads, he will eventually get it right and will be considered a prophet by some. I think a fake is more like it.
I would like to go ahead and give you a congratulations for post 550. I am sure you have heard some info on a top secret bike that may be coming out soon, where you can gain the much needed 28 posts.

Phantom, I do not believe you can post a side pic of your 250r/400ex w/ duall pipes. Somthing looks fishy on the left motor side. Whats the deal w/ that bike? looks like you used a little photoshop or something. Can you post a side pic to to show why I see a "finned" 400ex type head, and also a smooth lookin cylinder side?
