well let me start with its all stock motor wise just got a pipe and ported intake and the tm45 -----well it seems strong on bottom and seems to run like the main is way to big -----it cuts out like you are hitting the rev limiter, then when you let off it pops a few times

the woods alky kit
main-300
95 needle-clip in the middle
pilot-65
not running the accelerator pump

I think your pilot is too rich, What is your needle tube drilled to?

I hope this can help, I also think your running the bowl dry that might be why its cutting out on top. On my other 720 alsy ds I ran a 1/8 drilled needle tube with a 57 pilot and 250 main. You can use a decimal conversion chart and drill your own jets. I usually jet till I get a motor temp of 160-175ish. The alky will run best when its warmer out. 75 degrees and above. JMO Check your oil it may be milked. I was running the ac pump with the tm 48mm.

Well, In the past I have leaned my needle out all the way to see if the bike pulls longer, then youll know if the bowl is going dry. BUT it would be better to change the main to around a 285 then see if its running hot.. If it starts to run hot richen it back up and try to get more fuel from the tank to the carb. Are you running a pingle or drilled out stock fuel switch. Big Fuel hose?

Oh and Im no expert with alky, But I made my old 720 run decent on it. When you get it dialed in make sure you write down the outside temperature, humidity and jetting so you know what works for the next time.
