Default tm45 problem

a lil background info - changed my pilot jet and put a hair bend on my acc pump rod. Bending that means i had to replace the bellow at the bottom on the rod. I was leaking gas from the bellow when in use. Finally got the new rod and bellow installed and it doesnt return like it should, and it was still leaking gas, we looked down inside where the bellow sits and there is supposed to be some kind of guide for the bellow to keep it down or something and we could see broken pieces of something, causing the gas leak and poor rod return. I emailed RWR and Elliott said its a piece of the float bowl and not an individual piece up for purchase, now im stuck wit a leaky carb and no idea how to fix, Elliott suggested JB weld lol, anyone have any better ideas?

If the bellows sits down in the bowl just get a new float bowl. I got one a while back from woods
