Axle recommedations needed
#1
I have been searching all morning for this topic and haven't found any on it so I start it.
Well today I am recovering (very brused sore ankle and foot) from a very bad landing yesterday. The results from my weight of 250lb. and the Baja X weight of 495lb. landing on the right rear tire alone is a bent rim and axle.
Now that I have to repair the axle and rim which axle should I go with stock or aftermarket? I do mostly trail riding and alot of jumping, I like jumping it because the Baja X has a great feel on the landing ( well other than yesterday). I have priced the Durablue Eliminator but yet to price the stock from manufacturer (holiday today). What do you all think Stock or Aftermarket? Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Well considering that fact that you will be doing a little jumping, I would say go with the durablue. I understand they are very, very strong. JMO.

Yep, I agree, go with the DuraBlue....$350 shipped to your door. Can't go wrong IMO. And if you bend it, I believe the warranty is for another replacement at $175. Just got mine installed before the holiday and it's nice.
