I don't think that Alba even has a slip-on, so I think this entire thread is kind of misleading. The Alba headers were the problem, and since they only sold their exhaust as a complete system, it was not supposed to be a very good system. Did I miss something?

Thanks toydoctor, guess I was missing something all along then. Thanks for setting me straight. So I wonder if any of the previous reviews were based on just the slip on, or the whole system with the crappy headers? Looks like Alba may not even sell the headers or full system anymore, just the slip-on.

According to some smart fella's from Kentucky, the Alba headers were too big in diameter and the bends were all 90 degree turns.

I remember the old Alba headers now - They didn't use a true radious for the turn from the head to the mid pipe, just a couple of silly 90 degree turns - which is similar to the stock exhaust. That makes a lot of sence now... why produce a head pipe that is so similar to the stock one?
