$350 minimum Bom dealer order before can ship?
#11
There are minimums - good thing is around here the dealers sell Sea Doos in huge quantities so a Bombardier parts order is no big deal. During winter it can be a bit more of a wait though.

There are minimums , but thats so the dealer wont have to pay shipping . So I'm told ! If your dealer is a high volume dealer than it will be no problem . if it's a hole in the wall place they wont want to pay the shipping on the part cuz it cuts down the profit .

Once all I ordered was a taillight bulb, and it only took four days, thats only about 8.00 bucks.
Sorry you have a hard time getting your parts in.

That sucks if you can't get parts until a $350 minimum is met, asside from starting your own business so you can order direct, I guess the next best thing is to order online somewhere else and forget that dealer, other places are more than happy to do business and place orders on a daily basis.

I have ordered stuff here on the east coast from suzuki-honda-yammi dealers and never get anything on time. Not sure about Bomb's practices, but I know for a fact that the other local dealers have a deal worked out with UPS to get free shipping for certain sized orders going out on SATURDAYS. Not sure exactly what the free shipping specs are, but it's definately saturday for free shipping for the dealer. Try offering to pay shipping fees and see if the process speeds up.
