They look good, I'd like a blue set some day.

I like it, it has only subtle changes but that is all that is needed. go too far and it aint a DS anymore. all the platic companies out there stick with the stock designs for the most part, and make only subtle changes. Maier is the most popular and the most plain, go figure. FullBore is the most radical it seems, but a set of that costs way more than this Laker does (they don't make it for the DS, just going by price of the other models).

Given time I'm sure you will be able to purchase all the plastic individually.

What about the gas tank cover? I don't see any mention of it being offered. I like the silver plastic, but with the black tank cover, the colors may not flow was well.

I read that they will not make one. I think it was Squatcher who said he talked to Laker Custom about it. It supposedly was too difficult to manufacture.

Hmmm I didnt think of that sandaholic...thats a good point. I dont think having bright blue plastic would look that great with a black/red/yellow tank cover.

do they come in black? I thought it was only the white. The IMS tanks use the stock tank cover though dont they?

good point-- do you mean to tell me that our tanks will have to remain the original color

this is a terrible idea..who the hell would want a new color plastic with a black/red/yellow tank

i guess you have to buy the same color as you have but that seems pointless...just cut them then!

who would make plastic without with new colors not complete...

ims tank doesn't use stock fuel tank cover, it doesn't use a cover at all. white plastics/ims tank and red frame would be real nice..
