damn...i thought they would be better looking on the ds than that...look like cut stock ones...........not enough difference for me to spend that kinda money on new fenders.

 

^^ agreed. I cant say the stock fenders are all that great, kind of like balloons as mentioned earlier. Maybe its just that the new fenders havnt grown on me, but they look ind of raptor-esque and dont seem to fit the bike IMO.

 

seems like a long wait for a different front vent and raptor wings on the rears. AND no tank cover!! thats going to stop a lot of people that want to change colors.

Interesting ....I Just checked out the Pics of the DS with the new rear fenders...
I don't know if its just me but I don't think the Yellow did them justice on the DS. Maybe it was just the weird combo of mix matched colors that did not look right.
I am really hoping the Black looks better on my 04 which I am sticking to the all black/gray look with yellow trim.
The primary reason for purchase was that I wanted the look to be real close to stock for functionality but yet look different, I guess more sporty not so rounded bubble shaped.
The beauty is that I can now carve up my stockers all I want as they are scratched to hell anyway and keep the after market fenders on if I want. I was looking for more of a subttle change not to extreme and I think they will work well.
Well according to Mark and ODP They are on the way I will shoot some photos of the bike with them on this weekend for a better image....
Either way I think they look better than the stockers....
Any one here if BRP is ever going to change the DS for 06 07 years ?
They already have EFI now going to a true 700 or 730 cc would be easy ?

and about the 06 changing, the 06 models are out now, and they didnt change anything on the ds [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] EFI would really be great, along with a displacement boost!

 

I'm going to have to go check these out in person. Did not realize that these guys are right next door to my work.

 

Who's got a picture, I want to see what they look like on the ds650. Any color is fine.
