Default Anyone in Northern CA do intake porting???

Well I spoke to HPR today, and was advised that due to it being a TM45 thier porting will not work for it. Anyone have any further ideas on it? I could order the one from RWR, but that is $100 dollers more and I just cannot afford it.

Bigdaddy331, I sent you an e-mail with the exact response they gave me. Hope you can help

Thanks to everyone on every post, I have checked the other forums and we have da"bomb" of a group

Just buy the ronwoods ported intake & sell your stock one on ebay. You might get around $40.00 for the stock intake.

Just to clear up a mistake I made- I talked to Eric and he said if the carb had the spout modified by RWR- our intake will work. The TM comes from Mik with a larger spout and the ones I remember seeing, all have modified (chopped and welded) intakes- so apparently there is 2 different modified versions out there.

222, thanks for the update. I now have the carb in my hands, so I will be able to understand more of what was being said.

Flyinds, after you get yours are you gonna dyno it at Cliffords? I'd love to see the comparison between HPR and the local stuff. Crazy p only did a little over 59 on his last run although the choke was on for the run. LOL
