Outty 400 Rad protector
#1
Hi all,
I'm new to the atv world! Just purchased a new Outty 400. Having a great time with it.
Couple of questions,
Has any one installed the optional rad protector from BRP?
What are your thoughts on this item?
What is involved in the installation?
Any information would be helpful.
I nearly put a branch through the rad yesterday. Poped out the front grill.....lucky for me nothing broke just popped it back in.

Hello Lost, I installed a rad protector on my 05 Bomb. a few weeks ago. Not really hard, pretty straight
forward. Definetely worth the money. Can make a difference whether you walk home or ride.

Hey Lost You don't have to take the fender or bumper off. You will have to unplug the headlamps.
There are a few plastic bolts to undo on the fender. It will come with instructions.
When I first read the instructions it seemed like it was going to be a pain, but once I
started doing it , it was a piece of cake. It's alittle tight up there between the rad and fenders thats why you unfasten some bolts. Go for it !!!!
