720 Big Bore blown head gasket
Man to tell you the truth I dont know. I wouldnt think so but with out a rev limit I guess it would be a possibility. Im sure there are some guys on here that are runnin similar setups. I would think that he would have made it very clear to you not to run the woods CDI. Have you talked to gary personally about this? Just curious. Ive had good luck with TVI and all the other builders for that matter. Sometimes if it get heated its usually simply mis-communication. You have to realize that anytime you start foolin around with higher compression you risk head gasket problems with any big bore kit. How old is your build? Im not tryin to stick up for for anyone with this but you have to look at all the angles. I would give him another call be nice and try to work it out. I know Gary a little bit and he can be onery but I dont think hes unreasonable. I have heard about quite a few of the copper crush gasket problems so I will stand by my recommending a Cometic problem solved. Just my .02

The motor had very low hours before the build. It blew within the first few minutes of our first ride after kit was installed. I tried very hard to work this out with gary, he was not willing to work with us in anyway. We even had bought our bikes from TVI. What octane fuel should you run with 13:1

Well if it's the RWR CDI then I'm 5ft tall. I have an HPR 730 and running a RWR CDI, and for good measure run a 25 shot of Juice. NO WORRIES here bro.
I recently took a motor out that blew a head gasket and broke a crank. I am almost positive that the motor hydroliced and snapped the crank. The head is now worped and the motor is pretty muched trashed. Three guess - TVI 720. Now I realize the motor had been worked hard, but I kind of think that were there is smoke there is fire. The 720 have had many problems in this area from the very beginning. Time to spend half as much and get 10 more CC's
HPR730 - NO SLEEVE!!!!
Good luck
