I try not to overanalyze things too much, but im pretty sure he was just referring to the fact the seller is from wisconsin, and (in my opinion anyway) wasted a lot of time on such a creation, since it is such an odd contraption, he is referring to the fact he is a meth head to make such a creation.

Looks like some good fab work there, but I personally would have gone with a different design setup.
