Here is "Bones" email from OMF. bones@omfperformance.com
His # is 951-354-8272
That is his nickname that everyone knows him by.
I have the scalloped(sp?) wheels. They work and look great. You know what I do to my DS and I have never had trouble.

I guess from the response, I need OMF Beads. Alright my next question is what size rim, and what is my bolt pattern. No I'm not stupid, but after ordering my last set of rims the guy had me seriously confused. He told me that the '05's have a different bolt pattern than any other year. I sure hope that's not true.
I really do appreciate your input. and if you look at my add on's you see " Douglas beadlocks", please excuse my lack of knowledge at the time.

Donecrashed, OMF buys Douglas wheels and customizes them.
Bones will be able to answer any questions about the wheel patterns, sizes and colors.
I would go the extra mile and have the reinforcing rings welded to the insides.
I run 9-10 lbs of pressure in mine. That way, no bent rims. Which brings up another question. With all these tire problems you've had, what tire pressure had you been running? If you are riding hard you would want more tire pressure than recommended. 5lbs is not MAX rating. It's a recommended #.
Call Bones (I think he's REALLY skinny!) and see if they can use your rims to make the beadlockers and see if they will weld the inner rings, too. Might save you several hundred bucks.
I just got home from a race in Palatka. The course served up roots, stumps, rocks, and trees to abuse and destroy any takers. No problems with my tires or wheels.
