DS Days, when and where???
Last it had been discussed, it had been moved to Sand Mtn UT for some new scenery and a change. Not perminant thing just something different. MUCH MUCH MUCH bigger area to rider and a bigger Mtn to race on to boot. Also closer to the easterners.
Dont know if that is still what everyone wants to or not that was just the last thing discussed on here about where. the when will always be the sme I think.

It can still be hot on Labor day in Utah. Prepare for anything from 70's-100's.
One thing about that place, bring lots of fuel, and stay for a while. You can ride for along time without riding the same sand. There is trails also for those of you that like that. Steep chutes, lots and lots of area to jump, and the biggest race hill in N. America! You dont want to miss it this Year!
For those of you that dont know where its at, look for Delta, Ut on mapquest, thats the closest city.

DS Days, when and where???
Delta, UT is just under 600 miles from LA as well, whereas Sand Mountain, NV is 420. The directions to Delta, UT couldn't be much more simple though from LA - get on the 15 Fwy and go 500 miles!!!
I like the idea of Utah better because I think we'll get a much better showing - by shaving off the extra 400 miles (approximate distance between Fallon, NV and Delta, UT) I think we will see a lot more mid west and eastern guys show up. Not to mention that LS, UT is also bigger so it feels more 'worth' the effort to drive a long distance. I don't know what the distance is for choosetoloose, but 26 hours plus an extra 400 miles to arrive at Sand Mountain, NV would just not be worth it. SM, NV is nice, but not for 30+ hours of driving....
