I would upgrade the stock chain. The stocker is real heavy. I got mine from Hpr, it is a none o-ring style chain and is alot lighter than stock. It will help your ds rev faster.

You did the right thing by upgrading your suspension. Your on the right track for your bike.

I cant believe nobody has said this yet! You NEED to get on the clutch upgrade ASAP. Your more than a DS on a DS right now. That stock clutch is going to turn red and smoke if it hasnt already. The more you ride it the more its getting closer to its death. At the very least get some 60% springs for the stock stack. I just put in a new 9 disc barnett setup for 150 from HPR. But with your 600lbs you need the 60% springs. Lower gearing will help your clutch also....relieves the stress. I wouls say go for some looks upgrades to make it "yours" and keep reading. Then you will find what you want exactly and get the smokin deals.

Good point, I had to upgrade my clutch springs within the first few months of riding. I went with the stock clutches with Rwr 60% springs and they held together through two tuff season of duning and drag racing!!!

Yeah i kinda figured on the clutch too. Is the Barnett 9 Disc Carbon fiber kit a good kit, or do you have a different recommendation?

I love my 9 disc barnett. It comes with springs also but they arent going to work out for you. I have a good write up on the install on the forums. Here

Just need the 60% from RWR, instead of the barnett springs (throw them out).

I think its awesome that you ride. Most guys your size just let themselves go and sit on the couch. Were here for ya!

Thanks Baja. I've always wanted to ride just never had the chance. I got lucky and found a DS by me for 2800 bucks. There was no way I could pass on it. So the barnett nine disc doesn't have a kit with the 60% springs. That sux guess i'll have to make two purchases then. Oh well. I'm hopefully gonna get pics of my quad soon but they're prolly nothin anyone hasn't already seen.

Fatman, if I remember correctly, the RwR 60% springs are around $25, and a new set of stock clutches from the dearles are around $130.

Big Waynster-----Sorry to read about your stuff being taken. The Denver cops don't bother to look for stolen cars either. Keep up the hunt! The club on the steering wheel doesn't stop them at all. Any opinion about the club device made for the brake pedal?
Sorry for the late reply, I don't know anything about the club device made for the brake pedal. So far I think the best thing is an external kill switch, and have a switch located inside somewhere hidden.

Hey i was just wondering if any of you guys have a headlight or 2 that you'd be willing to sell? Mine is cracking by the mounting bracket and i feel that it doesn't have very long till it breaks through. If anyone has one or two it would be awesome. Thanks.
