I didn't know back when I joined that if you don't uncheck the subscribe that you will receive emails of new replys.LOL So what I need to know is how do I undo the subscribe? I beleive its changed through editing your own profile.
I know what you mean.. I had to go back in and turn it off.

Go up above and hit on your "today" tab

When on that page you will see the area on the left side to unsubscribe.

 

YOu are correct for all and you will se the area on your profile that says:

Set topics you post to default the "subscribe to thread" option as: not checked

be sure and then move down to the bottom of the page and then hit: update profile

 

You also get the choice to unsubscribe in the e-mail notifying you of a post, just click the second link and it will show you what posts you have suscribed to and give you the choice to unsubscribe to any you want.
