Do thick decompression headgaskets flatten over time?

When you don't want 12:1, 13:1, or 14:1 CR forged pistons and want less CR but still want the pistons, you have to get thicker head/base gaskets.
Anyone who has used thick head/base gaskets to reduce CR of new forged piston, for any length of time:
1. Do thick gaskets flatten significantly requiring frequent valve adjustment when retorque? How many valve adjustments did you experience per miles?
2. For a 10.5:1 CR, would you know how thick and what gasket material for HPR super forged piston?
3. Is there even a remote chance of valve/piston interference when thick gasket crushes over time?
Thanks for all of your expertise!!

1> Even if gaskets did settle or flatten it would not effect valve adjustment, valve adjustment will only be effected by valve and/or valve seat wear, no gaskets between any of the valve train parts from cam to shim to tappet to valve stem. Valve gap can be set on a bench before the head is even installed on the cylinder, and still be correct and uneffected by assembly of head to cylinder.
2> I don't know, but HPR can most likely answer that.
3> As long as the cams were designed to work with the piston at its normal CR without any thick gaskets, there would be no danger of this.
