I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines.

I'm going to buy something.

My wife can get Hondas and Yammys at $100 over dealer cost through her work.

None of the dealers in Vegas area are carrying DS's anyymore.

So I could end up with a 450R or Raptor700.

I don't like the YFZ for some reason.

I'd like another DS though.

Anybody in So. Cal. or Phoenix know where I can get a good deal on a new DS?

Hey Al, I stopped at Chaparral yesterday on my way to the races. Sitting on the sidelines licking it's chops at the rest of the pretenders was a 2006 DSX.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Nothing unusual about this until I saw the "managers special" tag hanging on it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I've been told that the fuel injection is a reality and it will be coming out in July.

That's why no one is bringing any new ones.

Knowing that, I'm trying to find one for around $5,500.

A guy here in Sac. has a used 05 for $6500.......Yup, $6500 LOL.

I have an 04 I'd like to sell....very slight bend in the steering shaft....other then that been maintaned well, not ridden too much, prefer to ride the utilities.

 

Sorry, I can get one with a 760 in it for $5,00 but I'm not going to inherit anyone elses problems. I've had enough of them.

Besides this will have to be financed, at least temporarilly.

I was told BRP is having problems keeping up supply on all their quads because of the demand for the Outlander 800.

I'd imagine the DS is being updated to compete with the new Raptor, hopefully they will add reverse.

 

Chapparal is not the place to buy any quad. Their $5900 turned into $7200+ I'll bet.

 

I know its not the popular thing to talk about on the Bomb forum but there is nothing wrong with the new 450R. With some suspension replacements I think I can make it half as "couch-like" as the DS was

It will either be the R or Raptor.

Actually, even though I said no used quads, if I had the money, I'd buy King Raptors quad for $9,000.
