Default custom sprocket help needed

anyone know who will cut custom size 530 steel sprockets? I need a 530 in 56 teeth for DS650 . I know sidewinder only uses a thinner material which they "sell" as 530 but its closer to 520 and is just to thin for my taste especially since I will be running around 300HP. any ideas would be helpful. thanks

supersonictoys,
Check out thomasnet.com you should be able to find a lasar or Water Jet capable machine shop, if you have a pattern they could do a small amount of reverse engineering on it (being a sprocket it's not rocket science) they should be able to cut it out of the material of your choice to your required thickness, grind or mill the taper at the edge of the teeth then heat treat to what ever condition they think it should be at. If it worked out could be something you could offer and use for the conversion crowd...
