James, have not made reservations yet, but I do know I wanna camp and have a fire and drink beers around it. I'm thinking the Hideaway Campground, they have a dune view from camp, right on SIlver Lake, maybe I should call them now...I know you said you were thinking of a hotel, sure you don't wanna camp? campfires are fun!

my wife is not going after all, and I am waiting to see if Wayne's family is or not, cause if they aint then me and him will pool together.

Hey guys, just got back from St. Anthony's, oh man is that place awesome, words cannot even describe. That being said I am really pumped for DS Days on my home turf, can't wait to see some awesome DS's.

Do me a favor, post up your name if you are coming, the quad you ride, and your t-shirt size. If it works out I might have a present for everyone.

Man I am so pump to go. This is sounding awesome. I'm trying to get a DS buddy of mine to go. If not a Raptor friend of mine will defintely be tagging along. As for the entire fam coming it's up in the air. But I am down to go. I e-mailed DaBomb Not sure if he is coming since he mentioned he has to work. I don't think his DS is in running condition now last I heard from him.

do i need a registration for ATV, i don't register mine? it says you need a michigan ORV registration to enter dunes???

are there still parking lot vouchers still avaible for 4th of July, this is what I'm trying to make right now. should i plan on getting a parking lot voucher at 9pm each day for the following morning?

never been to this park, so any info that will help is appreciated.

You need a michigan ORV sticker, but you don't need any paperwork to get one, just buy it on the way into the park along with your daily or season pass. No big deal. As for the vouchers, I have never had a problem as long as I get them the night before, if fact I don't think you can get them farther in advance. Friday we will get them for saturday and saturday for sunday. They give you a voucher for a 1 hour time slot like 7-8am, 8-9am, etc. You have to be in line during that time. scooby the voucher system is in effect Sat and Sun, to get one for Sat, you have to get it Friday night, the voucher station opens at 9 PM, the line for the vouchers starts around 7PM, it is kind of a party while waiting in line.
