I want to run some 22" tires for the 17/37 gearing that I'm switching too for top speed. Does anyone have suggestions on what tires and rims to run and where to get them? Thanks guys

Yes I do, especially after that's how the Baja teams do the same. I live in the same terrain.

 

Considering a stock ds650 with stock gearing 16/40 i believe can BARELY and i mean barely pull its top speed at the rev limiter with 22 inch rears and you mainly only have a pipe and intake mod pulling 17/37 will never happen even on the longest stretch of road. im 16/41 with 22 inch rears now and it gets there fairly easy i could prob pull 17/40 on a 5 km long highway stretch but thats a far fetch.

Im talking about hitting the rev limiter with that gearing...maybe your not if your not my mistake.

 

I suppose I fail to mention that I have the OMR carb mods in the works right now with a new carb being shipped as well as some other goodies on their way.
