I sold one with a rod knock for $600 and listed in the ad that it knocked , and sold a brand spanking new one fresh from a still crated ds for $1500. I also sold a couple good running used ones for $1200 and 900 I believe . just depends on whos looking that week

I think it was on the odp site where one was 2200 or 2800 dollars. =]

I edited it to say yes it's $2800 on ODP site without the starter, So if the engine is in as good as shape as they say it is on Ebay, Someone may get a great deal. =] just my .02¢

DS650 Complete Engine on E-bay

I bought a used Ds motor on ebay about 6 months ago. Got it for $700 or $800 (cant remember). But i droppped it in and it runs great. I also saw one around the same time with a knock that sold for around $500 i think. If i can get $500 out of my old motor with a knock ill be tickled pink.
