Okay, stupid first question in the forum, but I just have to find out for sure. I bought a 2003 DS650 Baja on eBay, and am going to get it in a week, from a pretty good distance away. Someone told me that it won't be able to fit in the bed of my 2002 Dodge Ram. Is this true? If it is that is really going to suck to have to pull a trailer every time I go out to ride. I am thinking that it will fit, but wanted to check on here to be sure. It is all stock except for the pipe and filter. Any input is appreciated. Thanks,

8ft bed or 6ft bed

if its a 8ft ull have no problem..it fits in my f-350 8ft bed nicely

 

my buddy just bought a 02 or a 03 half ton short box he says his fits so yes it will fit. It doesn't look like it but it does. Hope you enjoy the bike.

 

I fit mine in the back of a nissan frontier, tailgate down and getting it over the wheel wells was a bit of work but it would fit. You should have no problems.

 

My 04 DS fits easily in the back of my 03 Dodge shortbed crew cab, it would assume based on the fact the the older DS is a couple inches longer than the 04, and the 02 Dodge shortbed is couple inches longer than the 03 you should be just fine.

My '02 (longer) fits perfect in the back of my short bed Chevy Silvarado. Should be perfect in your Ram too.

 

Yah, my '05 with a +4 fit snug, no tie downs needed in my '04 Dodge shortbox 4 door. Now that I have a +6 I have to run the tires down to 1 lb and really slam the tailgait,lol.........

 

Mine fits in my dodge long bed with no problems and with plenty of room to spare. =]
