Hmmmm this will be intresting every ds i have seen with even slightly low compression is a bear to start. I have had to pull start buddies bikes because of low compression did you by any chance find any line problems from the oil tan???? when you took the motor ou.tIi might be out of line here but i did not see where there was a compression test done or a leak down test and this just sounds wierd im going back to see if i missed something important.

IT WAS A PAIN IN THE **** TO START UNTILL I DID A VALVE ADJUSTMENT. I WENT THROUGH MY PHASE OF PULL STARTING. BUT NOW I CAN GET IT STARTED I JUST CANT KEEP OIL IN IT. MY EXHAUST GAPS WERE VERY TIGHT AND MY INTAKE WERE WIDE. ALL THE OIL LINES ARE GOOD THE OIL IS COMING FROM THE BREATHER. THIS BIKE HAS A TON OF HOURS ON IT AND I DONT EXACTLY BABY IT.

Thats cool rip her open im excited....... kind of like christmas i want to see whats under the wrapper. And by checking your oil line i just want ing to make sure there were no kinks or blockages that would alter the return path.Ds are like air compressor with case presure if for some reason it is not returning the oil fast enough to the tank it will blow it right into the ar box thasts what happened to my 2000 .
