my question is why should the employer be fined for working them , why not fine the f*%king government for everyone that makes it here. if the government was able to do there job they would not be here to be worked.

how about its against the law to let a kid under sixteen ride the ds or the waverunners, its against the law to drive without your liscence with you but sometimes you do, what about literring. if the border patrol did there job and kept all the ilegals out there would not be any to work. just like no matter how big your buisiness is you have to give some kinda of health benefits. this is whats killing the small family owned buisinesses. i dont think you are gonna go and sweat your @$$ off for 7.50 an hour 12 to 15 hours a day. dont just blame the little guys start cleaning house at the top.

the reason your health benifits are so hi is because the illegal's costing the US gov 50 billion for free services including health care.
also the 7.50 an hr in the fields they would not be payed that if they were not getting taken advantage of, because once again they are illegal & getting screwed by the business owners WHO SHOULD BE GETTING FINED FOR PRACTICALY HAVING SLAVE LABOR.
once again dry the work up no more problem.
